The refund will be processed once the paper arrives and will be subject to a 40% restocking fee the original cost of the item (see Terms and Conditions). The restocking fee covers the cost of our packaging, picking the order, putting the order back into stock, processing the refund, communicating via email and phone, any delivery fee you paid wont be refunded as we have paid to deliver the item to you. We ask that the return is wrapped as well as possible to avoid damage on return as we can't refund for damaged card/paper stock.
If you are returning the stock due to the colour please use our free sample service we provide to help avoid unwanted paper and card stock. This service also lets you test print the product as we will send the sample in a A4 sheet. (Free Sample Service)
