You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.  A restocking fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund, and the postage costs to send your item are none refundable. 

Pack your items securely and include your order number. Send them back to our returns address.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days once we receive your return. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. To help us process your refund promptly, please include your receipt or a note with your return.

Custom‑cut or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please check your order carefully before confirming.
